PHX is the strain designation and syb is the allele designation. Recently,one of our CRISPR transgenic strains was published on Developmental Cell, which impact factor is 9.174. Another strain was cited in BioRxiv, the preprint serverfor biology, operated by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

This research was achieved by Dr. Lionel Pintard’s team, which mainly discovered how mitotic kinases trigger the Nuclear EnvelopeBreakdown (NEBD) in C. elegans.
In this research, npp-1(syb207) mutant was generated by SunyBiotech. The syb207 allele is an in-frame deletion, in which 1604bp coding sequence (from 19thbpto 1622ndbp) is deleted. This mutant was used to study the recruitmentof plk-1 and its effect in the NEBD.
2. Thechromatin modifiers SET-25 and SET-32 are required for initiation but not longterm maintenance of transgenerationalepigenetic inheritance

The research was accomplished by Dr. Alyson Ashe's group, which mainly discovered the function of histone methyl transferases SET-25 and SET-32 during the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance.
Duringthe research, the Alyson Ashe's team ordered the PHX229 set-32(syb229) worms fromSunybiotech. This knock-in was generated by inserting the mCherry coding sequence at the 3' terminal of the set-32 gene, which was used to study the expression position of the set-32 protein (Figure 2).
