qPCR Analysis Services
Quantitative PCR (qPCR), also known as real-time PCR, is a powerful technique for precise DNA quantification. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, high specificity, accurate quantification, fast and convenient, and multiple reactions. The principle of quantitative PCR is to add a fluorescent probe (or fluorescent dye) to the PCR system. During the DNA amplification reaction, this fluorescent substance will produce fluorescence, and the fluorescence intensity is proportional to the level of the amplified product. Therefore, by real-time monitoring of the fluorescence intensity, the progress of PCR can be tracked. Finally, based on the PCR kinetic curve obtained under continuous monitoring, the level of the initial template (i.e., the DNA sample to be tested) can be quantitatively analyzed.

Our Services
q-PCR technology is widely used in many fields such as gene expression analysis, pathogen detection, genetic disease screening, etc. In C. elegans research, it can be used to study the expression and abundance of genes. For example, verify the knockdown level of target genes after RNA interference, compare the mitochondrial genome copy number, and verify the transcriptome sequencing results.
Our services include but are not limited to:
ØGene Expression Analysis
QPCR technology is used to detect and quantify the expression levels of target genes in C. elegans under different experimental conditions, revealing the role of genes in stress response, developmental process, disease model, etc.
ØReference Gene Selection and Experimental Design
To ensure the accuracy of the data, we will select appropriate reference genes according to the experimental design and verify them to ensure their stability in different experimental groups. We provide you with professional experimental design solutions, optimize primer design and reaction conditions, and ensure high sensitivity and high specificity of PCR reactions to obtain accurate quantitative results.
ØData Analysis and Interpretation
Provide comprehensive statistical reports to interpret gene expression changes in relation to experimental treatments.
ØMultiplex qPCR Analysis
Simultaneous detection of the expression of multiple genes in one reaction system, which is suitable for studying the synergistic effects or mutual regulatory mechanisms of multiple genes.
