Gene Editing Services using the CRISPR/Cas9 System
We have established an efficient genome editing system in C. elegans using the CRISPR/Cas9 system(Figure 1) and can generate strains with desired sequence changes quickly (Figure 2). These sequence changes include precise gene deletion, precise nucleotide substitutions, precise sequence knock-in, and precise sequence replacement.
